Role: Business Development Manager - Non IT (US Staffing)
Location: Hyderabad, India.
Role Description The Business Development Manager – Non IT (US Staffing) will focus on expanding Tek Ryders client base and business opportunities in the US market for non-IT staffing services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves identifying prospective clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in target industries. The role includes developing and presenting staffing solutions, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The Business Development Manager will prepare sales forecasts and reports, track market trends, and contribute to pricing strategies and business plans. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining CRM records, attending client meetings and reviews, and collaborating with leadership to achieve revenue and growth
targets.Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills for US staffing, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle, and service delivery coordination.
- Market research and analytical skills to assess industry trends, competition, and client needs.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in US staffing or international staffing services, especially in non-IT domains, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and professional email and telephonic communication for US time zones.
