School Admission Strategies:
Develop and implement effective school admission strategies to attract new students to the partnered schools.
Work closely with the school administration and marketing teams to ensure the admissions process is smooth and efficient.
Market Research and Collaboration:
Conduct market research to understand the local educational landscape, identify opportunities, and improve service offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Next Education's services and initiatives to potential clients, parents, and stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture client relationships with schools, educational bodies, and corporate partners.
Address concerns and feedback from clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Intern Hiring and Management:
Hire and manage interns during the peak admission period, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Ensure interns are effectively trained and contribute to the admissions process.
Ensuring Admissions:
Oversee and ensure the success of admissions for schools partnering with Next Education.
Monitor and track admission targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
BTL (Below-the-Line) Activities:
Manage and oversee all BTL activities (events, activations, and promotions) to drive awareness and increase admissions.
Execute on-ground marketing activities and events to engage potential clients.
Field Marketing Plans:
Develop and implement field marketing plans to promote Next Education's services and encourage enrollments.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, including workshops, seminars, and campus visits.
Travel Requirement:
Open to traveling 20-24 days a month outside the base location to visit schools, attend events, and conduct promotional activities.
