Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Non-IT US Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by identifying staffing opportunities across various non-technical domains in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the US Non-IT staffing market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements with clients
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and quality submissions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasts
- Attend client calls, meetings, and presentations as required
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development for US Staffing (Non-IT)
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating consistent revenue
- Strong experience working with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of non-IT domains such as:
- Healthcare Staffing
- Administrative/Clerical
- Light Industrial / Manufacturing
- Finance & Accounting (Non-Technical roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing client base or strong industry contacts in the US staffing market
- Experience in handling high-volume staffing requirements
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
