Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead sales for our Staff Augmentation business.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify companies that are hiring, start conversations with decision-makers, and close deals where businesses hire dedicated resources from Pixelo on a monthly retainer model.

This is a pure hunting role requiring strong prospecting, cold calling, outreach, and closing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify companies actively hiring across India, the US, and global markets.
  • Track hiring signals such as job postings, funding announcements, expansion, and team growth.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Prospectoo.
  • Execute outbound via cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Sales Execution:

  • Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs.
  • Position Pixelo's staff augmentation offering.
  • Share relevant talent profiles and pricing.
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Track outreach, meetings, proposals, and closures.
  • Deliver consistent pipeline and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3 to 8 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling staff augmentation, recruitment, IT services, or managed services.
  • Strong cold calling and objection handling skills.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, CEOs, HR leaders, and functional heads.
  • Experience working with US and international clients is a major plus.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset.
