We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Sales to drive revenue growth in the UAE market, with a strong focus on Blockchain, Crypto, and emerging technologies, along with traditional IT services. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing strategic accounts, and selling high-value technology solutions including Blockchain development, Crypto platforms, Web3 solutions, AI/Automation, cloud, and custom software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT, Blockchain, Crypto, and Web3 solutions across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Sell services including Blockchain development (private/public blockchains), Crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, NFT solutions, smart contracts, wallets, and tokenization projects.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to create proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercials, close contracts, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records in CRM systems.
- Track market trends, regulatory considerations, and competitor activities related to Blockchain and Crypto in the UAE.
- Represent the company at technology events, blockchain summits, exhibitions, and business networking forums in Dubai.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects to delivery teams and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT services sales, with exposure to Blockchain and Crypto-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of Blockchain technologies, Crypto ecosystems, Web3 business models, and enterprise IT services.
- Proven experience selling B2B technology solutions in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client network in Blockchain, FinTech, Crypto, or Web3 startups in the UAE/GCC.
- Experience working with Crypto exchanges, FinTech firms, or Blockchain product companies.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory landscape related to Blockchain, Crypto, and virtual assets (VARA exposure is a plus).
