Business Development Manager – CSR

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – CSR at our Hyderabad location. The role involves building and managing relationships with corporate partners to foster collaborative opportunities under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying potential CSR partnerships, developing proposals and presentations, maintaining client relations, and ensuring the successful execution and reporting of programs aligned with partner objectives. The role also involves tracking market trends, creating impact strategies, and achieving business development targets.

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong ability to enhance Customer Experience and build lasting relationships
• Comprehensive understanding of CSR strategies and corporate engagement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in business development, client relations, or strategic partnerships
• Proven ability to meet or exceed business development targets
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Familiarity with the non-profit or education sectors is an added advantage
