Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Korba. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating across teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Sales Strategy
- Proven capability in Relationship Management, Client Acquisition, and Networking
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
