Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service quality.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Resolve operational issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to align logistics with business needs.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics tracking, reporting, and overall performance.
