Business Development Manager – Mumbai (Cloud & Backup Services)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager specializing in Cloud & Backup Services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to meet sales targets for cloud and backup solutions. They will collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams to provide customized cloud services, deliver presentations, and enhance client experiences. Additional responsibilities include market research to identify trends, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and preparing accurate sales reports.

• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, client acquisition, and partner engagement
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery services
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and propose actionable solutions
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
