Role Description

The Business Development Manager – B2B Architect Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening Novella Kitchens presence across the Delhi NCR market through strategic relationship management and business development initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue generation.
  • Drive demand generation for Novella Kitchens modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions within the architect and design community.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits across Delhi NCR to promote the brand and its offerings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and successful closure.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of high-potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Novella Kitchens professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and organizational sales targets while strengthening long-term client relationships.
