Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to meet growth objectives. Daily tasks include networking, conducting market research, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, delivering effective presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team for seamless execution of projects. The role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating competitor activities, and creating proposals for partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Proven track record of business development success in events a must
• Experience in marketing experiential Events for corporates
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills for networking and showcasing solutions to clients
• Ability to meet sales targets and handled large scale event pitch
• Experience in working in Event Management sales Domain
• Understanding of Event Management, Marketing, and Promotions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and flexibility to travel as required
