This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Srinagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing and executing strategies to grow revenue. Key tasks include market research, networking, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business initiatives with strategic objectives.

• Strong skills in market research, strategy development, and opportunity identification
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work towards meeting ambitious targets
• Leadership, team collaboration, and the ability to inspire others to achieve goals
• Prior experience in the travel industry or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
