Role Overview :We are looking for a proactive and dynamicRelationship Managerto drive business growththrough advisors network, direct client engagement, and strategic collaborations. The roleinvolves identifying, reaching out, and building relationships with advisors meeting clients face to-face, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with wealth managers, financial consultants,chartered accountants, investment advisors, family offices, portfolio managers, andother advisors.
- Generate new leads through strategic partnerships, advisor networks, and businessoutreach.
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand needs, present solutions
- Actively follow up with prospective partners and clients
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic partners to driverecurring business.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, business development team to ensure smoothexecution of partnership-driven opportunities.
- Represent the company in networking events, roadshows, and industry forums toexpand reach.
- Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics tomanagement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing/ CA
- 4-6 years of experience inbusiness development, corporate banking, partnershipswithin financial services, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Strong network of advisors (CAs, wealth managers, IFAs, investment bankers, etc.) ishighly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet advisors and clients.
- Relationship-building and networking ability
