Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vapi, India, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and creating strategies to grow the company's market presence. Responsibilities include market research, market trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and developing strategies to meet business objectives. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver presentations, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Customer Relationship Management skills, including account management and client communication
  • Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Analysis skills to identify opportunities and craft tailored growth strategies
  • Strong Presentation, Negotiation, and Contract Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build long-term, successful partnerships
  • Proficiency in industry-specific knowledge, particularly in paints, coatings, inks, or plastic coloration, is advantageous
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Business acumen and an innovative mindset for developing customer-specific solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
