Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our branding, digital marketing, and creative services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, web development, and creative services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry connections.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business goals and propose suitable marketing and branding solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, service pitches, and commercial quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customised solutions to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Represent the company at business networking events, exhibitions, and industry meets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of business development or sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or AD agencies.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and website development services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Self-driven, target-orientated, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network with startups, SMEs, and corporate clients in Pune.
- Experience working in a branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
