Job Description

Business Development Manager - Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager Projects for Bangalore location. Candidate must have strong exposure in Project Sales within the Building Material Industry and should be capable of handling architects, builders, consultants, contractors, and corporate project business.

Experience- 5 + years

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through Project Sales
  • Handle architects, builders, consultants, PMCs & contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits and project follow-ups
  • Identify upcoming projects and maintain strong market network
  • Drive specifications and approvals for products

Candidate Requirement

  • Strong experience in core project sales
  • Excellent network with architects, builders, and contractors
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in building material industry is mandatory
  • Ability to travel across Bangalore for meetings and site visits
  • Self-driven and target-oriented professional
