WHO ARE YOU

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy. You will be responsible for promoting our programs, attracting prospective students, and enhancing our brand presence across digital and traditional marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth and success of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow relationships with education agents and strategic partners
• Drive international student recruitment to meet monthly enrolment targets.
• Act as the main marketing point of contact for agents, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support agent-led student recruitment
• Create and manage agent-facing marketing materials, presentations and communications
• Coordinate campaigns, webinars, events and outreach initiatives targeting agents and partners
• Identifying new opportunities to expand the Frontier Education's reach and attract students from diverse backgrounds
• Monitor performance of agent channels and report on leads, conversions and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with admissions, compliance and leadership teams
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings, events and industry forums
