Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch services effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
