We're hiring a Business Development Manager – Marketing Agency at ClassicHub.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in handling end-to-end B2B sales for education institutions, healthcare brands, hospitals, clinics, or related businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities

• Connect with founders, directors, marketing heads, admission teams, and hospital management

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial plans

• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

• Close high-value retainers and long-term contracts

• Maintain the sales pipeline and revenue forecasts

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience in Education or Healthcare sectors

• Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, or consulting services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
