Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Managers to drive our market expansion and strengthen client engagement across assigned regions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying high-potential opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth. Your ability to navigate competitive landscapes, deliver compelling presentations, and execute sales strategies will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives. This is a fast-paced, client-facing position ideal for proactive professionals eager to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market territory.
  • Engage with potential clients to build and maintain long-term, trust-based business relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region to attend client meetings and business development events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BBA, or MBA (preferred).
  • Candidates from IITs or other reputed institutions are strongly preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of market development and sales strategy frameworks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client engagements.
