Experience
36 years in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or business development, especially with exposure to the US & International markets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative at LogiQlink, you will:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound activities including cold calling, targeted emails, social outreach, and database research to discover new business opportunities.
- Qualify Leads: Assess prospective clients sourced from self-research, marketing campaigns, and
- industry events to identify qualified sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients through consistent and value-driven follow-up.
- Present Solutions: Introduce LogiQlink's service offerings to prospects, articulating value propositions and aligning our solutions with client needs.
- Pipeline Development: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- CRM & Data Management: Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems to maintain data integrity and track progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve lead conversion outcomes.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry and competitor trends to refine outreach and positioning strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 36 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, with strong focus on US & global markets
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling and outbound outreach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales execution platforms to drive pipeline efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.
- Experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and familiarity with platforms like Jira, Slack, and Upwork.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the IT consulting and services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in outbound sales or business development.
