Role: Business Development Manager Credit Life Channel

Industry: Life Insurance

Job Summary

Responsible for generating life insurance business through credit partners such as banks and NBFCs by promoting credit life insurance products linked to loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and NBFC partners.
  • Promote credit life insurance products to loan customers.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Train partner staff on product features and sales process.
  • Support partners in policy issuance and documentation.
  • Track sales performance and provide reports.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 26 years experience in life insurance / bancassurance / credit life sales.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
