About the Role:
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback to Management / Headquarters and make transparent MoMs after each customer visit
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Participate in collaborative business meetings, exhibitions, expos to update key stakeholders
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research and pursue opportunities for future business development
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate (B.Tech/ BE), preferably a MBA with minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience
Required Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport, Time management and planning skills
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
