Role: Business Development Manager (IT Services)
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Hyderabad preferred
Role Summary
Looking for a
high-energy BDM with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business and grow existing accounts across IT Services (Enterprise Apps, Digital Engineering, AI, Quality Engineering).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business pipeline from scratch (hunting)
- Drive account-based selling for named enterprise/GCC accounts
- Engage with CXO/IT leadership stakeholders
- Work with pre-sales to qualify lead into opportunity.
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5 years in IT Services sales
- Proven track record of pipeline generation + closures
- Deal experience in $50K–$300K range (or equivalent)
- Exposure to enterprise or GCC clients
- Strong experience in outbound sales (LinkedIn, cold outreach, events)
Required Skills
- Consultative selling & solution positioning
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of Digital, AI, or Enterprise tech stack
