Business Development Representative (Automobile/Bike Industry)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, automobile dealership, bike sales, or related field.Profile Summary

A motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative with hands-on experience in the automobile and two-wheeler industry. Skilled in identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Possesses strong product knowledge of bikes, scooters, EV vehicles, or automobiles, along with a passion for the automotive sector.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the automobile or bike market.
  • Approach dealers, distributors, fleet owners, and corporate clients for partnership or sales.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain key features to customers.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain strong customer communication, and ensure conversion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase recurring business.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, new launches, and customer preferences.
  • Support marketing campaigns, test-ride events, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock availability, and customer support.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track monthly targets.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of bikes, automobiles, or EV products.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Comfortable with field visits and customer meetings.
  • Good networking ability with dealers and automotive stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Any graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Automobile background).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or automobile sales.
