Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Personal Care, Cosmetics ,Health Care, Food, and Nutraceutical segments.
  • Generate leads, acquire new clients, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Expand domestic and international market presence.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Coordinate with production, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 37 years of experience in business development, preferably in Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, or Healthcare industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic and/or international markets is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
