Role Overview
The Head/Lead - Business Growth & Expansion will be responsible for driving Leap Gymnastics Academy's national expansion and growth, including centre rollout, revenue growth, systems enablement, partnerships, cost optimisation, and data-led decision-making.
Reporting into the CEO, this is an execution-heavy leadership role requiring strong ownership, commercial acumen, and the ability to build a scalable, repeatable operating model for rapid growth across India.

About Leap Gymnastics Academy
Leap Gymnastics Academy (LGA) is a first-of-its-kind gymnastics academy founded by the JSW Group.
Guided by the philosophy Gymnastics is to sport what the alphabet is to language, Leap delivers structured, world-class gymnastics programmes tailored to Indian physiology. Launched in October 2022, LGA currently operates 8 centres across Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Vijayanagar, training over 1,500 gymnasts under leading domestic and international coaches.
