WE'RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER F&B & Retail Real Estate | Delhi NCR 35K–50K + Deal-Based Incentives Delhi NCR | Office + Client Meetings 1–5 Years Experience WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the BD team and manage sales targets
- Generate & develop key brand relationships
- Handle major client meetings & negotiations
- Drive deals from lead generation to closure
- Manage and mentor junior BD executives
- Track pipeline, follow-ups & conversions
