Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Strategy

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

• Generate new leads and business inquiries through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide customized solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

4. Partnership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business goals.
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reports to senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales activities.
