Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior designing and architectural segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and real estate developers.
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and project teams to provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth areas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Work closely with marketing to plan promotional activities and brand visibility campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the interior design / architecture / construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent networking skills with a good understanding of design and project management workflows.
