Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmedabad GIFT City (IT Corridor)

Remote but has to be located in Ahmedabad.

Engagement Model: Commission-Only Initially (Performance-Based Transition to Salaried Role)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Ahmedabad GIFT City IT ecosystem. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in Managed Services, AI-driven solutions, and IT staffing.

This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for self-driven professionals who are confident in their ability to generate and close business. Necessary technical and delivery resources will be provided by our team to support client acquisition and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in and around GIFT City
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT, FinTech, and corporate clients
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Coordinate with internal technical and recruitment teams for solution delivery
• Develop strategic partnerships within the IT corridor ecosystem
• Achieve revenue-based commission targets
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record in IT services, AI consulting, or tech staffing sales
• Strong local network in Ahmedabad, especially GIFT City
• Experience selling Managed Services or technology solutions
• Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills
• Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
