Job Description:-

We are looking for adynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager IT Staffingto drive business growth and expand our client base in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forgenerating new business opportunities, managing vendor and client relationships, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identifyand develop newbusiness opportunitiesin the IT staffing and tech staffing sector.
  • Generate leads throughLinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and online platforms.
  • Build andmaintainstrongclient pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM systems.
  • ManageC2C partnershipsandmaintainstrong relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Build andmaintainlong-term relationshipswith potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and providecustomized IT staffing solutions.
  • Manage thecomplete sales lifecycleincluding lead generation, qualification, conversion, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conductclient meetings, discovery calls, and presentationsto promote staffing services.
  • Negotiatecontracts, pricing, and service agreementswith clients.
  • Work closely with therecruitment teamto ensuretimelydelivery of client requirements.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities inCRM systems.
  • Monitorindustry trends, technologies, and competitor activitiestoidentifynew opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceedsales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:-

  • 5+ years of experiencein Business Development within theIT Staffing / Staffing Industry.
  • Strong experience inC2C, Vendor Management, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Negotiation, and Deal Closure.
  • Hands-on experience withLinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, cold calling, and networking strategies.
  • Good understanding ofIT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaborativelywithin a team environment.
  • Strongnetworking, relationship-building, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability togenerate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
