Who This Role Is For
Your Responsibilities
1. Hunt for New Business
Identify and approach potential clients across India
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
2. Own the Sales Cycle
Conduct client discovery meetings
Understand business problems and position Tech Solve Engine's services
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Close deals
3. Build Long-Term Client Relationships
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure repeat business and referrals
What You Must Bring
Experience
57 years in IT services sales / technology consulting sales
Proven experience generating leads and closing deals
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to sell technology solutions
Confidence to speak with founders, CTOs, and decision makers
