IT Services sales. The role focuses on
on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closures across the assigned region.
This is a
field-intensive role, requiring frequent client visits and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales activities (client visits, meetings, networking)
- Identify and convert SMB and Enterprise clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct product and service presentations
- Negotiate commercials and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams
- Maintain sales pipeline and sales reports
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in Field Sales – IT Services
- Strong B2B solution-selling experience
- Knowledge of regional market ( Pune)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
