Job Summary

We are hiring result-drivenBusiness Development professionals B2B with strong experience in IT Services sales. The role focuses on on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closures across the assigned region.

This is a field-intensive role, requiring frequent client visits and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through field sales activities (client visits, meetings, networking)
  • Identify and convert SMB and Enterprise clients
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Conduct product and service presentations
  • Negotiate commercials and close sales deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams
  • Maintain sales pipeline and sales reports

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in Field Sales – IT Services
  • Strong B2B solution-selling experience
  • Knowledge of regional market ( Pune)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
