Job Description
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage enterprise sales, and contribute to revenue growth for our IT services and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you'll identify opportunities, build client relationships, and lead deals from prospecting to closure.

Key Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, B2B IT sales, or enterprise account management.
- Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions.
- Strong technical awareness in selling IT solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong client communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in proposal creation, RFP responses, and business reporting.
- Strong time management and strategic planning skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Lead client engagements from prospecting to contract closure.
- Drive sales across products, solutions, and geographies using a solution-selling approach.
- Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Evaluate and participate in industry events to drive brand presence and lead capture.
- Track lead lifecycle, conversions, and revenue performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular sales and business performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pricing negotiations.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
