Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to revenue growth in the IT services sector. Key responsibilities include prospecting clients, leading client presentations, understanding business needs, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client goals and objectives while maintaining consistent client communication and satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali District.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management within the IT services sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as AI-driven development, full-stack development, digital marketing, and staffing augmentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive successful client engagements.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach to build and execute effective business strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track progress and improve client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Experience in market research and identifying emerging opportunities in the IT sector is a plus.
