Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background

in B2B sales and IT services sales, specifically with experience in mobile app development,

AI solutions, and software services.

The ideal candidate must excel at managing qualified leads, driving consultative sales

conversations, and converting opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads into successful deals.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including proposal creation, product/service presentations,

negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions across IT services,

AI/ML, mobile app development, and custom software development.

  • Engage with domestic and international clients, ensuring a strong understanding of

regional market dynamics.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to build tailored

solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Product

Heads, etc.).

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
  • Represent Quytech professionally in client meetings, presentations, and business

discussions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience selling services related to mobile apps, AI/ML, software development, or

digital transformation is highly preferred.

  • Must have worked in an IT, AI, or software development organization.
  • Strong understanding of domestic (India) and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
