About the Role
Pinnacle Software and Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager – IT Services who can independently drive end-to-end service sales in the US market. This role is strictly for candidates who have hands-on experience in generating leads, handling client conversations, and closing deals in IT services or software services. If your experience is limited to coordination, support, or only lead generation without closures — this role is not suitable.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through:
• Handle the complete sales cycle:
• Engage directly with US-based clients through calls, demos, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and propose IT service solutions
• Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM data
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, management) to ensure smooth deal execution
• Take ownership of revenue targets and conversion goals
Mandatory Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in IT services / software services sales
• Proven experience in US market sales or International Markets
• Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle (lead → closure)
• Demonstrated ability in closing deals
• Hands-on experience in lead generation
• Strong communication skills
• Experience handling client calls, demos, and negotiations independently
Preferred Skills
• Experience in selling: Software development services| SaaS solutions | IT consulting services
• Familiarity with: CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) | Proposal creation and pricing discussions
• Ability to work in US shift / Remote model
