Business Development Manager – IT Services — MNC - Bangalore - Hybrid - 10+ years

Location: Bangalore | Hybrid (3 days/week)

Experience: 8–12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 21 Days preferred

We are looking for a pure hunter — a results-driven Business Development Manager to independently drive new logo acquisition for an MNC IT Services Giant in Bangalore.

This is an individual contributor role. No account management. No renewals. Just new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently prospect and acquire new enterprise accounts across BFSI, Technology, Retail, and Manufacturing
  • Build VP/Director-level relationships and progress them to CXO-level engagements
  • Own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and pipeline development to proposal creation and deal closure
  • Independently draft presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to structure winning solutions
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting via CRM tools
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

What We're Looking For:

  • 10–12 years of B2B IT Services sales experience
  • Proven new logo hunter — not account management or renewals
  • Experience selling to global enterprises with India GCC/captive offices
  • Strong CXO-level relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Familiarity with IT services domains — AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, Data
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
