Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager (IT Sales) located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, maintaining and expanding client accounts, and driving sales growth. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions, as well as manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building corporate client relationships
  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development within the IT or e-recycling industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Handling Corporate Clients is a plus
