Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Sales. The primary responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will be involved in analyzing client requirements, preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and identify market trends is also essential to the role.

  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge of IT products, services, or solutions
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and create tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree; a master's degree or certifications in sales/IT fields are a plus
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is highly desirable
