Business Development Manager Job Description
Division: IT Infrastructure
ACS Group of companies requires BDMs for its well-known IT Infrastructure group. The role is based in Hyderabad. The overall responsibility is to achieve and exceed the Sales objectives in the respective region and ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives and strategy.
This position reports to the GM-Sales directly.
1.Eligibility Criteria:
B. Tech or MBA Marketing with minimum 5 years experience in sales.
Overall, 5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Security, Telecom, ISP & Surveillance sales
English must be fluent (Strong Communication and Presentation skills); working knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is desirable
Engage with the customer, identify triggers, identify key issues that impact the business, and make recommendations to the customer.
Work with the consultants to understand the potential solutions and formulate a winning strategy.
A high degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must.
Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust to the demands of a high-pressure job.
2. Key Responsibilities/Skills:
נPresent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
נPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
נEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
נReach out to customers through cold calling.
נExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
נAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
נCoordination with team members and other departments
נAnalyse the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
נProvide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, andpotential for new products and services.
נKeep abreast of best practices and ongoing trends in the market.
3. Requirements:
נProven work experience in Sales
נExcellent knowledge of MS Office
נFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
נHighly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
נExcellent selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
נShould have good contacts with Government and Corporate clients.
4. Job Type:Full time
5. Salary: INR 5 Lakhs to INR 8 Lakhs per year (can be higher for suitable profiles & applicable as per experience) + Incentives + Conveyance Allowance
