Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with around 1 year of experience in sales of websites, web applications, and software solutions. The role involves handling inbound leads, generating new business, and converting prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and convert leads generated through website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities in website development, mobile apps, and software services
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Coordinate with technical team to deliver accurate project scope
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business

Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of websites, software, and digital solutions
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle client meetings and requirement discussions
