Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining partnerships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closely collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The candidate will also be involved in achieving revenue targets and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Research
  • Ability to build Client Relationships, manage Key Accounts, and negotiate contracts effectively
  • Proficiency in preparing Proposals and delivering impactful Presentations
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, especially in identifying market trends
  • 6-8 years of Telco/ISP Data Centre Industry B2B/Enterprise Sales experience is required.
  • Industry experience in ICT, Network Services, Data Centre services, Cloud Solutions and unified communications & collaboration is required
  • Connect with CXO level in customer place is must.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with possibility to join Immediately will be preferred.
