Business Development Manager IQ/R1/03

• Create and carry out a lead generation plan to support business growth and hit revenue goals.
• Find and focus on new business opportunities using research, networking, and partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.
• Work with marketing teams on campaigns and events to attract and generate leads.
• Talk with potential clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and close deals that match company goals.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to spot opportunities and risks.
• Share regular updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and market insights with leadership.
• Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the business development team.

Qualification:

• Any degree
• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and team management, ideally within the design and build interior solutions industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Vehicle and License is must.
