Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager: IoT Solutions, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, planning effective business strategies, and driving sales of IoT solutions. The manager will play a critical role in managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Pre Requisites

  1. Candidates with 4-10 years experience should only apply.
  2. The candidate MUST have knowledge of different genres HVAC systems, Automation, IOT and BMS.
  3. Knowledge of accounts and relationships in Retail, BFSI. Hospitality, Commercial spaces, Facility Management Companies, HVAC solution providers will be added advantage

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of IoT and related technologies, with experience in selling technical or SaaS products, is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and familiarity with industries such as Retail, Banking, and Hospitality is a plus.
