Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Sell Karnataka RTO-mandated AIS 140 GPS devices, AI dashcams, and fleet management software to taxi operators, bus fleet owners, and school transport providers.
- Understand client needs, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored solutions that add measurable value.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to align on customer requirements and market trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in Automotive, Telematics, or SaaS startups.
- Strong track record in lead pipeline management and experience using Sales CRM tools.
- Skilled in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Passionate about technology and innovation in mobility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about meeting clients and building relationships.
- Constant learner with a sharp eye on market trends and competitor insights.
