Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IoT Business Development Manager who is passionate about technology and thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. You will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our market presence across the mobility and transport ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Sell Karnataka RTO-mandated AIS 140 GPS devices, AI dashcams, and fleet management software to taxi operators, bus fleet owners, and school transport providers.
  • Understand client needs, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored solutions that add measurable value.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and account growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to align on customer requirements and market trends.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience in Automotive, Telematics, or SaaS startups.
  • Strong track record in lead pipeline management and experience using Sales CRM tools.
  • Skilled in product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation in mobility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about meeting clients and building relationships.
  • Constant learner with a sharp eye on market trends and competitor insights.
