We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the interior fitout sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management regarding business development activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior fitout industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
