Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for new business in the interior design and fit-out sector.
  • Generate leads via cold calls, networking, site visits and client meetings.
  • Assess client needs (scope, budget, timeline) and coordinate internal teams on proposals.
  • Drive lead follow-up, negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities.
  • Supply market insights, competitor intelligence, and new opportunity leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales/BD, ideally in interior design, fit-out, construction or renovation.
  • Proven hunter mentality with independent lead-generation skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client interactions.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to work with little supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of fit-out workflows is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
