Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships.
- Drive deals to closure by acquiring and expanding accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, cold calling, and email marketing.
- Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations via phone, web, and in-person.
- Identify customer pain points and position IT-based SaaS solutions effectively.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in IT-based SaaS product sales for US/UK/Canada/Europe region.
- Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with long sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io
